Jesus

Look

▵▵▵ I look at my Father’s face. He is smiling and says, “You’re beautiful and loved.”

▵▵▵ I look away. The enemy shouts, “You are hideous and have nothing to offer anybody.”

▵▵▵ I look back at my Father’s face. He is smiling and says, “You’re beautiful and loved. You are precious.”

▵▵▵ I look away. The enemy shouts, “No one will ever want you. When they see how unclean you are, they will all leave.”

▵▵▵ I look back at my Father’s face. He is smiling and says, “You’re beautiful and loved. You are precious. You are Mine.”

▵▵▵ I look away. The enemy shouts, “No one will ever choose you. You are worthless.”

▵▵▵ I look back at my Father’s face. He is smiling and says, “You’re beautiful and loved. You are precious. You are Mine. I am holding you, My sweetheart.”

▵▵▵ I look away. The enemy opens his mouth, and I finally remember to look back at my Father before the enemy has another chance to lie to me.
